Dennis L. Houser

Dennis L. Houser, 35 of Penn Twp., Muncy Valley, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, March 30, 2024 at his home.

Born November 10, 1988 he was the son of Gifford, III and Milisa (Raup) Houser, of Hughesville.  On December 13, 2014 he married the former Miranda R. Toner and together they celebrated 9 years of marriage.

Dennis was a 2007 graduate of Hughesville High School, and was a member of the football team.  He then graduated from Triangle Tech and was a maintenance electrician.  He enjoyed fishing, but most of all loved spending time with his son.

In addition to his parents and wife, he is survived by his son, Logan Houser, at home; his paternal grandparents Gifford II and Shirley Houser of Huntersville; and maternal grandmother: Isabelle Sweet, of Hughesville.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents: Dennis and Esther Hill; and grandfather: Richard Raup.

A Celebration of Dennis' Life will be held from 11 AM to 2 PM on Saturday, April 6, at St. Mark's Lutheran Church of Lairdsville, 6456 State Route 118, Lairdsville, PA 17742.  Burial in New Lairdsville Cemetery will be held at the convenience of the family.
