Donald E. Kinney, Jr.

Donald E. Kinney, Jr., 32, of Montoursville, passed away Thursday, April 25, 2024.

Born June 27, 1991 in Williamsport, he was the son of Donald E. Kinney, Sr., of Muncy and Dana E. Derr of Hughesville.

He was a 2010 graduate of Loyalsock High School and attended East Stroudsburg University, where he played football for two years.  He was currently self-employed in construction.

In his free time, he loved being outdoors, especially spending time camping and fishing with his family.

Surviving besides his father, Donald E. Kinney, Sr., and mother, Dana E. Derr, are his stepfather Doug Marquardt; a daughter, Crimson Kinney and a son, Clayton Kinney, both of Hughesville; three brothers: Michael Kinney and his wife Shauna of Carbondale, Jase Wright of Texas, and Braden O'Neil of Hughesville; three sisters: Alissa Shaw of Philadelphia, Lyla and Lydia Kinney, both of Hughesville; two grandmothers: Carol Kinney of Philadelphia and Denny Derr of Dresher, Pa.  Also surviving is his companion, Kaslin Grieco, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
