Gary S. "Fidel" Crinite

Gary S. "Fidel" Crinite, 67, of Laporte passed away on Monday June 10, 2024 at his home.

Born September 26, 1956 in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Joseph and Philamenia (Casselli) Crinite.  On December 22, 1991 he married the former Jessie L. Farver and together they celebrated 32 years of marriage.

He was a 1974 graduate of Sharon Hill High School, Philadelphia.  Gary worked at Hoffman New Yorker in Dushore.

Gary enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing guitar, listening to music, and taking his kids hiking.  Most of all he loved his grandchildren and his entire family.

In addition to his wife, Jessie, he is survived by his two sons: Stephen L. Crinite and his wife Erica of Watsontown, and Luciano J. Crinite and his wife Brittany, of Hughesville; four grandchildren:  Nicholas, Holly, Tyler, and Roselle; and two brothers:  Joseph S. Crinite, of Garnet Valley, and Mark A. Crinite, of Logan Twp, NJ.

Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his grandson, Julian.

There will be a life celebration picnic held later in July.
