John "Pop" H. Horn

John H. “Pop” Horn, 76, of Muncy Valley, passed away peacefully with his family by his side, Wednesday, May 29, 2024 at home.

Born March 4, 1948 in Loyalsock, he was a son of the late Thomas and Eloise (Button) Horn. On June 21, 1997 he married the former Sandra J. Wilson, and together they have celebrated 27 years of marriage.

John honorably served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.

He was an avid bowler; and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and antique cars. Most of all though, John enjoyed time spent with family.

In addition to his wife, Sandra of Muncy Valley, John is survived by three sons, John, Robert, and Keith; three daughters, Christina, Sharon, and Mandy; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and four brothers. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, and father-in-law, Joseph “Bubba” Wilson.

In keeping with his wishes, there will be no services.
