Karl W. Little

Karl W. Little, 60, of Hughesville, passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2024.

Born November 29, 1963 in Muncy, he was the son of the late William and Joan (Frick) Little.  On April 8, 1988 he married the former Ellen L. Gotshall and they have celebrated 36 years of marriage.

Karl was a 1982 graduate of Williamsport High School and has been employed for the past 35 years at Staiman Recycling in Williamsport.

He was a member of the Muncy Valley Moose Lodge #866, a member of Hickory Flats Rod and Gun Club, and Highland Lake.  He enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially fishing and hunting.  He loved spending time with his wife and family at their river lot, and sharing good times with everyone when they would stop by his garage for a drink.  Many wonderful memories have been made simply hanging-out with his family and many friends.

Surviving besides his wife, Ellen Little, are two daughters: Jennifer Rupert and her husband Jason of Picture Rocks; Melissa Koons and her husband Josh of Hughesville; a son, Bryan Little and his fiance Kristine of Lock Haven; six grandchildren: Addison, Lucas, Tucker, Sadie, Owen, and Julian; a brother, Steve Little and his wife Carole of Hughesville; and two sisters: Lisa Little and her wife Patty of Picture Rocks, and Kelly Little of South Williamsport.

Preceding him in death besides his parents, was one brother: Jeff Little.

Family and friends are invited to a celebration of his life from 6 to 8 PM Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at Hughesville Funeral Home and Cremation Svc, Inc., 5069 Route 220 Highway, Hughesville.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
