Kelly A. (Green) Voelker

Kelly A. Voelker, 64, of Picture Rocks, passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, January 15, 2025.

Born March 3 , 1960 in Williamsport she was the daughter of the late Edward and Anna Mary (Kaufman) Green.  On June 16, 1979 she married Fred J. Voelker III, and together they celebrated 45 years of marriage.

She was a 1978 graduate of Williamsport High School.  Kelly enjoyed crocheting but most of all she loved all the time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, Fred, she is survived by her three children:  Travis N. Voelker, of Lairdsville, Shannon R. Voelker, of Montoursville, and Katelynn M. Shoemaker and her husband Steve, of Muncy;  11 grandchildren; brother: Edward Green II, of Blacksburg, NC; and four sisters: Kathy Mutchler, of Jersey Shore, Candice Scheurer, of Linden, Karen Major, of Collomsville, and Kendra Nelson, of Williamsport.

Services will be announced at a later date.
