Margaret E. "Peggy" Smith

Margaret E. "Peggy" Smith, 70, of Williamsport, passed away Thursday, August 13, 2020 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, from injuries sustained in a vehicle accident in Montour County.

Born on May 12, 1950 in Ilion, NY, she was the daughter of the late Franklin and Frances (Onorato) Stalcup.

She was currently working at Denise's Shear Perfection in Montoursville.

Surviving are her companion: Ward R. Bennett, Jr., of Williamsport; one son: David L. Smith, of Williamsport; a sister and brother-in-law: Kathy and Bill Vinson, Bar Harbor, ME; and nieces and nephews: Heather Moore, of Dollar, Scotland; Erin Eaton, of Orrington, ME; and Joshua Vinson, of Hillsborough, NC.

Graveside service and burial were held at the convenience of the family in Wildwood Cemetery, Williamsport.
