Mary L. Hall, 81, of Mill Creek Twp., Lycoming Co., passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Friday, February 2, 2024 at her home.
Born June 16, 1942 in Montgomery, she was the daughter of the late John and Gertrude (Ernest) Miller. On July 26, 1990 she married Ronald W. Hall, and together they have spent over 40 years together.
Mary worked at various local factories over the years, was a nurse’s aide at Muncy Valley Hospital, and drove school bus for East Lycoming School District for over 25 years. She enjoyed gardening and loved her roses; she also enjoyed sewing.
She loved cooking for family gatherings, and cherished all the time spent with her entire family. Mary was very fond of her dogs, Bella, Patches, and Boomer.
In addition to her husband, Ron, she is survived by her children: Colleen Lockuff, Hank Sharrow and his wife Kim, Candy Taylor and her husband Bob, and Tanya Shutt; 11 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; two sisters: Nancy Bailey, and Diane Bower and her husband Clint; and one brother: Jeff Miller.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, John Miller II and sister, Dixie Houser.
There will be a memorial service held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, April 20, at Heilman Church, 2792 Kehrer Hill Road, Montoursville.
