Pauline R. (Schultz) Winter

Pauline R. Winter, 89 of Muncy, passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

Born July 17, 1935 in Delaware Twp., Northumberland Co., she was the daughter of the late Mahlon E. and Ruth E. (Bieber) Schultz.  On March 27, 1954 she married F. Elwood Winter, and together they celebrated 70 years of marriage.

She was a 1953 graduate of Hughesville High School, and was a delivery person for the Williamsport Sun Gazette for over 20 years.  Pauline enjoyed crocheting, gardening, word searches and puzzles.

In addition to her husband, Elwood, she is survived by her three children: Randall E. (Cecelia) Winter, of Mechanicsburg PA, Virginia (Alan) Wheal, and Rebecca (Floyd) Swales, both of Muncy; eight grandchildren: Elizabeth, Mark, and Sarah Winter, Amy (Chris) Moyer, Sherry (Bryson) Osman, Nicole (Brennan) Woodrig, Matthew (Monica) Swales, and Michael Swales; nine great-grandchildren; and one brother: Paul D. (Connie) Schultz, of Muncy.

Besides her parents, Pauline was preceded in death by her brothers: Chester, Carl Sr., Roy, and Harold Schultz; and two sisters: Evelyn Richert, and Mary Schultz

Per her wishes there will be no services at this time.
