Robert G. Miller, 82, of Muncy, passed away Sunday, July 26, 2026 at UPMC, Williamsport.

Born April 5, 1944 in Muncy, he was the son of the late Sylvester and Grace I. (Rupert) Miller.  On December 18, 1965 he married the former Sheryl L. Rhone and they have celebrated 60 years of marriage.

He was a 1963 graduate of Muncy High School and served with the US Army in the Vietnam War.  He was employed at Radiant Steel and also operated a small engine and lawn mower service for many years.  He was also a consultant for Princess House.

He was a former member of Post 51, Vietnam Veterans and a member of the Route 405 Church of God, Muncy.

He enjoyed cruises with family and friends, going out to eat with his friends from Silver Sneakers, and helping at the Meck Senior Center at the Eastern YMCA.  He was always willing to help anyone in need.

Surviving besides his wife, Sheryl Miller, at home, are two sons:  Robert G. Miller, Jr. and his wife Tina of Milton and Brian K. Miller in Oregon; five grandchildren: Bronte, Brayden, Lathen, Lairen, and Lucien Miller; and three sisters: Mary Kepner of Hughesville; Betty Nelson of Picture Rocks, and Charlotte Foust of Hughesville.

Preceding him in death besides his parents were three brothers: Harold, Grover, and Oscar Miller and three sisters: Sarah Aderhold, Annabelle Ritmeyer, and Beverly Frantz.

A Celebration of Life service will be announced at a later date.
