Robert H. Steinruck

Robert H. Steinruck, 63, of Unityville, passed away on Monday, March 24, 2025 at Geisinger Medical Center, Muncy.

Born June 9, 1961 in Muncy Creek Twp, he was the son of the late Carl, Sr. and Marjorie M. (Sones) Steinruck.  He was married to the former Julia M. Shultz and together they have been partners in life for the last 48 years.

Earlier in life he worked for John Savoy in Montoursville, at Waldman's in Hughesville, and at the Benton Foundry.  Robert really enjoyed working at Strick Trailers in rural Danville.  He enjoyed fishing, collecting/playing guitars, his '55 Chevy Pickup and carving.

In addition to his wife Julia, he is survived by one brother: Thomas Steinruck and his wife Yvonne, of Muncy; a brother-in-law: Robby (Angie) Shultz, of Unityville; sister-in-law: Mickie (Denny) Ayrton, of Unityville; mother-in-law, Gladys Shultz (Roger) Adams, several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews all of which he loved like they were his own children.

Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his brother: Carl "Bill" Steinruck Jr.; and sister-in-law: Kelly Shultz Fry, Father-in-law:Robert D. Shultz Sr.

There will be a celebration of Robert's life held at a later date.
